I arrived in France for the 1st semester of my program in September 2021 and applied for Social Security Number (SSN) right away with Etudient-Etranger.Ameli account. After waiting for several months I got my Permanent Social security Number (starts with 1) in March 2022. But by that time, I had already left France for another EU country for my 2nd and 3rd Semesters. <br />Now I am Back in the same University of France again to complete my 4th semester and want to create my Ameli account and Apply for Carte Vitale. I have been trying several time to create Ameli account  with my Pemanent SSN, but the sever saying, &quot;Vote situation actuelle ne vous permet pas de créer immédiatement vote compte ameli&quot;. I have left the previous residence address that I used during my application for SSN in 2021. I also can not use the France Connect option as it is currently unavailable on the ameli website.</p><p>I would really appreciate your suggestions regarding creating my Ameli account online. Please Help me out!!</p></div> <div class="body-ft"></div> </div>
