Now, I want to request reimbursement for medical appointments and medicine I paid last year since I was already insured (even though only with a temporary NSS).</p><p>I have all the feiulles de soins and facture from the pharmacies as well.</p><p>Questions:<br />1. Can I send all of the feiulles de soins in a single letter?<br />2. Do I need to write a letter with my personal information to send in the envelope too?
