I come from European union and the day I applied I was told I am getting a temporary number in 2 weeks and a permanent one within 3 months. It&amp;#39;s been nearly a year and I don&amp;#39;t have a temporary number nor a permanent one. All of the documents were sent correctly. Since October/November whenever I call them they just tell me &amp;quot;I am setting your case as urgent, await response&amp;quot;. It&amp;#39;s been 3/4 months of no response. Going directly to a local office I get told to call the support number. I have not been informed about any status change, any documents needed or anything.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
