If you still not acces your account and you need help, I advise you to contact your CPAM at 36 46 or the English line at 09 74 75 36 46 with your bank details. An advisor will give you a code immediately by SMS and you can check together that your connection is working properly.

Hello, I have the INSEE number, but I can't create the account in https://assure.ameli.fr/PortailAS/appmanager/PortailAS/as.... so I can't get my Vitale card yet in the past three years.
Can you tell me what had happened and how to get resolved? Thanks a lot

It seems tha the English helpline - 09 74 75 36 46 (from France) is not working from couple of days.
