At first I tried to upload it on website but it never can be submit. As I read forum, I already sent the document that was rejected via mail, so I sent to this address below</p><p>Assurance Maladie de Paris<br />75948 PARIS CEDEX 19</p><p>It has been a week that my document was sent but there is no updated from CPAM. My social security number still cannot use to create Ameli account. Please response something.
