At first I tried to upload it on website but it never can be submit. As I read forum, I already sent the document that was rejected via mail, so I sent to this address below&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Assurance Maladie de Paris&lt;br /&gt;75948 PARIS CEDEX 19&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It has been a week that my document was sent but there is no updated from CPAM. My social security number still cannot use to create Ameli account. Please response something. It is really complicated to contact CPAM.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Best regards,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
