I have tried to upload in PDF and JPG formats and all the information is able to be input (Document nature, Foreign number, Validity start date, End of validity date) but I am unable to click the button to submit (Save) and move onto the next step. Any help would be welcome as I need this to gain my Carte Vitale!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
