I have emailed several times with no response since. Now, almost a year later, when I open my etudiant-etranger page it still says that it&amp;#39;s processing. And the english speaking line for insurance says that it&amp;#39;s closed.&lt;br /&gt;How does anyone get anything done here? I need advice on how to move forward. Thank you.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
