I applied for Social security when I first came to France in September and got the temporary number (start with 7) soon. But up till now after 7 month, I still have not get the final number yet, and my documents still &quot;currently being processed&quot;. Without the final number, I could not log in to the account online and contact Ameli. This fell into a cycle which cannot be broke. I also tried to call 3646 but it does not seems available. Is there a method that I can contact Ameli, through email or phone call? I cannot speak French well, so is there a English speaking phone number?
