To create an ameli account your definitive social security number must be given by l'Assurance Maladie and must be certified.

I am registered already because I have temporary social security number before CAF gave me social security number starting with 1 ....
Do I still need to register in different ways ?

You must register to security social before try to create ameli account. It’s custom et service on a way.

And even if CAF gives You a number, CAF didn’t register You to sécurité social for health insurance part.
