Hi. I have a securite sociale number, however it is not recognised when I try to 'forgotten password' procedure to enter my account. It says
"One or more errors are present in the form. Please correct your entry using the available help."
The errors can only be my birthday or my securitie sociale number, but both are correct. Please help as I need access to my account urgently.

To find out the different email addresses (or solutions) provided by your own CPAM, please go to ameli.fr (local page) > click on ameli.fr > fill in your postcode > refer to the "près de chez vous" section.

Unfortunately, because of some safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum.

Hello. I do not have an ameli account, therefore contact contact via email. I need to contact someone to ensure my papers have been received. The advice lines are not quick- I have spend such a long time waiting to be answered without success, and the English speaking line cuts off after the first telephone ring.

You can contact your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) via email through your ameli online account.
