&lt;p&gt;It depends on how you applied.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you applied as a beneficiary on someone else&#39;s S1 form, then you will be a beneficiary on that person&#39;s file. You will still have your own carte Vitale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you applied any other way, then you will be immatriculated on your own, and therefore have your own ameli account, and also carte Vitale. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I advise you to contact your caisse primaire d&#39;assurance maladie (CPAM) regarding your file.&lt;/p&gt;
