&lt;p&gt;If you order your card Vitale from the English pages, it won&#39;t work. You have to do it on the french version.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, because of some safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you can&#39;t order your card Vitale on line, I invite you to let it know to your local CPAM office. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
