Hello On the Ameli personal Space , I am trying to change the new IBAN details but its not processing . What to do in this situation ?
On my refunds its showing amount already processed but I have not got the amount on my bank account .

Can you please help to fix the situation please

Hello arsh,

If you have a french bank account, and an ameli account, you can update the bank details online, in the section "Mes informations" if you use the app, or section "Mes démarches" if you visit the website.

If you don't have an ameli account or have a foreign bank account, you have to send the following documents by post to your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM):

a letter mentioning your social security number, your first name and last name;
the new bank details/RIB (relevé d'identité bancaire);
the old bank details/RIB;
a copy of your ID or passport;
a proof of residency of the old address if you have also moved.

You CPAM's address can be found on the ameli.fr website, in this section "Adresses et contacts".
