Hello Arzouni,

In order to renew your "Complémentaire santé solidaire", you have to follow those steps :

You can apply for the Complémentaire santé solidaire from your ameli account. You will find the application form under the heading "My procedures".

To do this, please:

-Enter your CAF benefit number,

-Confirm or modify the composition of your household,

-scan the necessary supporting documents and attach them to the application,

-choose the organisation managing the complementary health insurance scheme,

-validate the form.

Or by post:

You can withdraw the file by downloading this form: "Application for supplementary health insurance (PDF)".

You must then:

-fill in this form, not forgetting to fill in the section entitled "Choice of complementary organisation",

-Attach the requested supporting documents,

-date and sign it,

-send it or hand it in to your health insurance fund.
