You can find your CPAM's address on our website ameli.fr, in "Adresses et contacts".

I advise you to contact the English speaking line during the low-traffic hours of 9.00am to 11am or 1.30pm to 2.30pm .

If your situation is really urgent and if you want to make an appointment, I advise you to contact the French line (by dialing 36 46) with the help of a friend.

I have had trouble contacting this line for over 2 months, i had to get a friend to phone the french line. I am now in desperate need of my permenant number and carte vitale as i am pregnant and cannot get through at all.

Your primary health insurance fund (CPAM) is the only one with access to your file.
