Bonjour,
Thank you for your response. I tried visiting CPAM in Antibes but at the entrance, they requested me for the appointment to get in and when I am trying to book an appointment online it's redirecting me to log in to an account (which I currently don't have). Also, I want to know if translating Birth certificates from English to French is Mandatory. Looking forward to hearing from someone.

We are sorry for this situation, but we do not have access to your data on this forum. I invite you to contact your CPAM during low traffic hours (8.30am to 10am and 12pm to 2pm) in order to check on your file.

If you have the possibility, you can also go to your nearest office.

I tried calling phone numbers as mentioned above link, but no one is responding. It's asking for a Social Security number or Application tracking number which I don't have, Please kindly request you help me through the process.
I am trying to call them at the given time 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
