Thank you for your reply.
Fully aware that not able to download the certificate from website without social security number.
it will be better and more convenient from your side to get an alternative solution for the people who don’t have the social security number as many country request to have certificate in English.
And It may need your further comment in below:.

1. May you please confirm if the certificate from vaccination centre from Jun 23 will be issued in European standard?

2. If yes, Is it mean that the centre would able to reprint the certificate when I go back to centre and ask for European stand from Jun 23?

Hello Fish,

If you don't have any social security number, you can't get online a certificate of vaccination with QR Code on our website.

If the vaccination center or the doctor who made the injection didn't gave you the certificate needed, you have to go back there and they will be able to deliver it.

Since the 23rd of june 2021, it is possible to download a european certificate of vaccination subtitled in English.

Unfortunately, you can't get it yet if you don't have any social security number as you can't log in on https://attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr/.

Same issue here, social security applications are ongoing and currently doesn't have any social secu number. Waiting for an answer
