He sent the documents to get the social security number and started waiting for it... In the meantime he needed some doctors appointments. He did not have the SS number yet so he paid for all of them on his own and got feuilles de soins. Months later when he finally received the social security number and wanted to create Ameli account and request for carte vitale, his job contract ended so Ameli account could not be created. Can he still send the feuilles de soins to CPAM for reimbursement of the medical costs that occurred when he was working and paying for social security?
