I applied for the &quot;assurance maladie&quot; in 11/2019, and I have received on 3/2021 an email telling me to download my definitive Certificate and to apply for the &quot;Carte Vitale&quot;. So I did. I have been trying to create an ameli account using the number in that certificate and I get the message that I don&#39;t have the right to create an account with my situation.
