I tried using my old post code and still have problems. Do I need a new social security number, or what else can I do? Thank you!</p></div> <div class="body-ft"></div> </div> Sabine <div class="body "> <div class="body-hd"></div> <div class="body-bd"><p>Hello Jacquie,</p><p>In order to access your ameli account online, you have to update your file.</p><p>Your national insurance number will not change.</p><p>To do this, you must return the S1106 form, a copy of your passport, your bank details (RIB), the declaration of choice of doctor, a copy of proof of residence and a pay slip or employment contract if you are employed. </p><p>If you are not currently employed, you must send us proof of residence covering the previous three months (lease, rental contract, successive energy supplier bills, etc.).
