I was able to reach the helpline by a landline (which meant going into my office). I was unable to access it by any mobile phone number that I tried and I tried several. This is a problem that other people have flagged and is not being addressed. This is an ongoing issue.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

I was able to reach it eventually by finding a landline. This is a serious flaw with the helpline and from what I can see on the forum it is a common flaw. Not everyone has access to a landline. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do not have any close friends here as I moved during a pandemic.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
