The only difference is that you can&#39;t order a Vitale card or open an ameli account for the moment.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The processing times to get a permanent number (starting by 1 or 2). can fluctuate between a caisse primaire d&#39;assurance maladie (CPAM) to another one.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, because of some safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Anyway, if you need some help regarding this request, you can contact the CPAM’s English speaking line. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The number changed.
