I have dropped the required files for applying to a social security number to the Villejuif&amp;#39;s mailbox on the 27th of January. I would like to confirm that my files have been well-received (it has happened to me twice already that my files were not processed - got lost along the way).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My problem is that I cannot speak french well and when I call 36 46, the french speaking personel forwards me to the english speaking line, which for the second week is not working. Every time they forward me to that line an automatic voice tells me to turn to the forum with my questions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So here I am, what are the possibilities to have an english speaking contact at cpam from whom I can get information on my application?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thank you!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

I think the process was started but I didn&amp;#39;t leave the dossier at the office because I didn&amp;#39;t understand the instructions well (my French is not good enough yet). Last week I contacted the English speaking line to ask about my case, and they told me they would ask my office to contact me via email to see how to continue the process.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The think is, I received a very kind call from my department&amp;#39;s CPAM, and they said no problem to contact me via email to send the information and unlock the process. For my surprise,  I was contacted from  ne-pas-repondre.cpam-xxx@... I&amp;#39;ve tried to answer anyway, because I can&amp;#39;t find an email anywhere else, and I&amp;#39;ve got an automatic answer saying that my email is going to be deleted. So, I&amp;#39;m back to a point where I can&amp;#39;t contact them via email. Could someone from Ameli contact me via email privately so that I can send the information to somewhere I know is going to be received?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thank you very much,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
