The English help line continually says that it is "exceptionellement fermé". I have used 09 74 75 36 46. Is there a different number I should use? If this is the correct number, what is the problem? Thank you for your help.

Bonjour Shans,

I confirm you that the CPAM's English speaking line is available. You can try again and contact this line dialing 09 74 75 36 46 (from France). It's open from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

I have today tried to contact the english helpline number but like others am told it is no longer working. I need to speak to someone as I have a potentially serious medical condition and I have just received a letter saying that I am not covered. I have a Carte Vitale so do not understand why I am not covered.

Is there an email address if not a telephone contact?
