Hi! Has this been resolved? I applied for my carte vitale 4 months ago and have tried the two numbers provided for the english helpline during the times and never gotten an answer. This needs to be resolved.

After verification, the English speaking line is available. Occasionally, the line can be temporarily closed. I advise you to try again later on today, by dialing the phone number given by Anaële, ameli expert, in the answer above.

Since the 1rst of July 2020, if you need o contact the English speaking line, you need now to dial the following number : 09 74 75 36 46.

You can also contact the French speaking line, dialing 36 46.
