I have applied for the social security via the ameli website portal for international students. After 9 months, I only have the provisional certificate but other international students that I knew already had their final certificate that is needed for the residence permit renewal.</p><p>When I got myself tested for COVID-19 and presented my provisional certificate, they told me that my dossier was rejected/refused. There was no notification at all either via mail or in the ameli online portal that it was rejected. This is despite saying in the registration instructions that they will notify me if some documents are missing and invalid and have it uploaded on the online portal. However, there is nothing on my online portal that allows me to do so. </p><p>What do I do now? Do I have to send all the documents that I uploaded via the online protal once again via mail to the CPAM CPAM de la Vienne Service Étudiants Étrangers?
