If it&#39;s a bill only for the top up insurance part (mutuelle), then she will get the refund once the CPAM send the statement to this organism (if there is a link with CPAM) otherwise she will have to send the statement with the bill  to her health mutual.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d&#39;assurance maladie (CPAM).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Due to the current situation, the English speaking line is not available. Only if your situation is really urgent, I advise you to contact the French line (by dialing 36 46) with the help of a friend. But when she sent documentation, she didn&amp;#39;t receive any reimbursement...why ?&lt;br /&gt;thanks&lt;br /&gt;regards&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
