As mentioned in my previous reply Volunteer at CPAM is not ready to accept the application. So what are my rights in such case as you said my wife is exempted from 3 months rule, is there a way i can tell them that they should accept my wife's application as it is her right based on Passport talent Famile rule.

Hi Sabine,

My wife visited CPAM today to submit her social security application but the volunteer there said she can only submit her application after 3 months.
So i want to understand she is here with me on dependent visa and she fell sick ? What happens to her healthcare bills as i am paying social security contributions and also to my complimentary health insurance fund for me and my family.

Hello Kamal,

In order to obtain the social security number for your wife, I will invite you to follow the advice in this topic: "New to France".

For your daughter, you just have to send to your health insurance office a copy of her birth certificate with the form S3705 "Application to add minor children to one or both parents insurance accounts".

As soon as your daughter appears on your file, you will be able to ask for your reimbursement.
