Thank you Roxanne. I can see the child is now registered on the first parent's (parent A) Attestation de droits, but when I look to transfer to the second parent (parent B), there are no children listed.

However, when I follow your instructions for our first child who is already on parent B's carte, it works, so I assume I just need to wait a few days before I can use this option?

Hello kikipo,

Your children can be attached on both files.

Your wife can claim it from her ameli account "Mes démarches > Effectuer une démarche > Inscrire votre enfant sur le carte Vitale de l'autre parent"

Or you can send the formular S3705 "Demande de rattachement des enfants à l'un ou aux deux parents assurés" to your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie office (CPAM).

To find the address of your local CPAM office, click on "Adresses et contacts".
