However, I tried to fill in my social security number and this code, but the website just says it does not match. Then my access was blocked for 15 minutes because of 3 failed attempts to log in.<br />Please note that like many people, I have a 15-digit number and I just used the first 13 digits to create an account. I know it&#39;s the permanent one because it starts with number 2.<br />I then requested for another code! To be sent again to me via mail. This time, I also try again with my social security number and the new code, but again they don&#39;t match.
