<fb20:question-body>

I am working in France since October and I went to visit the doctor in November. By that time, I was not enrolled yet in the social security of France as the process to get a social security number takes long but I had the European health insurance card. For the refund of that costs (doctor + medicines), as I was already working in France so paying for the social security here, should I get my refund by the European health insurance card or by the social security in France? How can I get that refund? Thanks!
