Hello Pontrieux,

In order to create an ameli account, you only need to use the first 13 digits of your french social security number.

If you cannot create an account despite that information, you can call the CPAM’s English speaking line.

For your information : the international call prefix or dial out code shown as “+” has to be replaced by figures which are different from the country where you’re located.

You can also contact the French speaking line, dial 36 46.
