I can send a copy of this letter via email. I was sick when travelling in France a few months ago. I sent my pharmacy and doctor appointments<br />receipts/paperwork by post along with a copy of my European blue insurance card. I can email my IBAN if you can confirm that the letter which I received is legitimate. But first, I want and need an email address to contact. I can’t find any email adress/contact or help on the website and I do not have a mobile to ring the company.
