Hello NIMBSAN,

First of all, you have to obtain an agreement (la vignette) from OFII (office français de l'immigration et de l'intégration).

Once, you have it, you will have to provide to your local CPAM (caisse primaire d'assurance maladie) :

- a copy of your work contract or your first pay slip (if you have one)

- a copy of your passport or identity card

- a copy of your visa and the certificate from OFII

- a certified copy or the original of your birth certificate (long version with your parents'name)

- RIB (bank account details with IBAN number)

- three utility bills (to prove that you are living in France)
