&lt;p&gt;Usually, a birth certificate issued in a non-European language must be translated. However, your local CPAM may ask you to provide a translation depending on the situation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Regarding the school certification, only documents entitled ‘certificat scolaire’ are valid.&lt;/p&gt;
