I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my CPAM application, which I submitted last month. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates or confirmation regarding the status of my application.

Additionally, I attempted to reach out via phone but was only able to communicate with an automated system, which did not provide the assistance I needed.

Could you please provide me with an update on my application status? If there are any further steps I need to take, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Processing times depend on the number of applications received. It therefore varies from one caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to another.

For reasons of confidentiality, we cannot answer questions on this forum that involve access to your file or the exchange of personal data.

I therefore suggest that you contact your CPAM, which will have access to your file and will inform you of the outcome of your request.
