How long will a CPAM application be valid, after requesting for re-submission of documents?

I had applied for health insurance with CPAM and they asked me to submit the letter of concordance. The letter they gave me was dated 17th February, and I received it by 24th February. It took me a month to get the necessary documents from my home country and then obtain the letter of concordance. Finally on 8th April, I submitted this document, along with a copy of my passport and the letter from CPAM through https://www.cpam75.depotdoc.fr/.

I am requesting a clarification regarding the following:
1. Will my insurance application be active still? Or should I submit a fresh application again?
2. Will I get any confirmation that the respective authorities have received my documents?
3. How long might it take to get a feedback / to complete the process?

Bonjour AM,

If you have been requested for additional documents, you do not need to submit all the supporting documents again, only those demanded. 

Processing time is diffferent from a caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to another. CPAM do not send confirmation when they receive documents. I advise you to contact a conselour to get more information.
