How Can I get my wife social security number (CPAM) sooner because my mutual insurance need the CPAM number to activate?

I would like to inform you that my wife’s case is an emergency. She urgently needs to have a operation on dentist office due to an infection in her teeth. my wife's mutual insurance (Helium) need CPAM first and It's impossible to get reimbursed if my wife does not have a social security number (CPAM). Coverage is effective upon receipt of the social security number. Mutual insurance is only possible if she has a social security number.
Medical care provided before CPAM will never be reimbursed by my mutual insurance.
At this situation would you please help me how can I get this number sooner than normal time. ( I have been submitting my family's documents one month ago)
