Why has my certificate of enrolment for the current university year been rejected?

Hello to all.

I have received the following message after my School-issued "confirmation of enrolment' was rejected as a 'certificate of enrolment for the current university year' while applying for international student social security insurance;

"A document: Attestation d'inscription pour l'année universitaire en cours is non−compliant for the following reason: merci de joindre le certificat de scolarité 2024/2025 et non le certificat d'inscription."

I do not know why my document was rejected (it contained my name, start and end date of schooling, etc.) and I have no idea what to submit instead, nor where to find any information regarding this. Any help would be massively appreciated.

All you have to do is contact the administrative department of the school where you are enrolled to obtain a scolarship certificate for 2024-25.

This is a very common document in France, and the revelant people will be able to help you.
You can then upload it from the website etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr to complete your registration.
