Correcting Address on Social Security Application (S1106)

Hi,

I recently submitted the S1106 application form for social security membership for my husband to CPAM Paris about 2-3 days ago. As part of his application, I included a Certificate of Accommodation as proof of address, since he lives with me.

However, I’ve just realized that there was an error in the address provided, both on the application form and in the Certificate of Accommodation.

Can anyone guide me on how to proceed? Should I resend the entire application along with the corrected documents, including proof of the correct address? Or is there a way to update the address with CPAM without resubmitting everything?

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
