My demande is “abandoné”, what should I do ?

Please help, it’s urgent, my demande shows “abandoné”, because the attestation resource I submitted was incorrect , how should I submit the new attestation resource? Because there is no way to change anything, and I try to start a new demande, the website doesn’t allow me, because I already have an account. Thank you very much for your help.
