Having Issue With Validation Of proof of Civil Status

i have uploaded my proof of civil status but it has some spelling mistake so it got rejected and after that i went to assurance office and they told me to upload it again nd its still on hold there is no further action from last two weeks. i have corrected the mistakes with my document and now i want to upload the new document but without rejecting last uploaded document i can not upload new one so how can i proceed forward nd get myself registered?

You will have to wait for your CPAM to process the document received before you can upload a new one.

However, the processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).
