Havent gotten a response on my social security number application for more than a month

I applied for a social security number almost a month a go all of my documents have been validated except for proof of civil status which was first rejected and I resubmitted my birth certificate with translation in proof of civil status section . However it has been 15 days since my birth certificate with translation has been sent and I am still awaiting an response. I contacted on helplines however i was directed by call bots to put my concern on the forum. Is there any physical office or other helpline which I can contact to get my problem resolved. All of my other documents were validated within a week however I have gotten no response for proof of civil status where I submitted birth certificate with translation
