Social Security Process for My Husband and Updating Marital Status in My Account

I am an Indian national, holding a Passport Talent Visa and a Long Stay Resident Permit in France. I am currently employed in France under a CDI contract, and I have a Social Security Number and Carte Vitale. I have the following questions:

My husband arrived in France on a Passport Talent Family Visa. He has also received a Long Stay Resident Permit based on this visa. I wish to apply for his social security through CPAM Paris. I have the following questions:

a. Does my husband need to open his own bank account, or can he use my IBAN for his application?
b. When completing the S1106 form, what details should be provided for the following fields: “Votre n° d’allocataire (allocations familiales, si vous en avez un) ________________________________, CAF de ___________”? (Note: My husband is currently living with me as a dependent for ~ a month now and is not working.)

I have recently received my Carte Vitale. However, my marital status is not updated in my account, and consequently, the CAF records are also not updated. What steps do I need to take in my social security account to reflect my change in marital status and to add my spouse as a dependent?

I invite you to read this topic (after translation on line) about using someone else bank account number. 

If your husband has no caisse d'allocations familiales (Caf) number yet, he must let this part blank.

If you change your name due to marriage, you can update it on line  page "mes démarches" > "nom d'usage" on the ameli app or "Mes démarches" > "déclarer un changement de nom" > "changement de nom d'usage" if you use ameli website. You will be asked to join the marriage certificate .

If you already have you carte Vitale, I invite you to send it to your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) with a covreing letter. Then you will be able to order a new card with your married name.

Regarding what you need to do with la caisse d'allocations familiales (Caf) to pudate your file, I am not entitled to inform you, you have to contact this organisation directly.
