Social Security

I have been trying to get my french social security number for 3 months. I sent all the documents then I had to resend 2 and I did a long time ago. I have never haered anything back. This is so frustrating I just want to get my card vitale. The english helpline has not been working either and also the french one is not working, there is no information!
