No Attestation available in My space of https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/dashboard/status

I have created my account using this link https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/dashboard/status. 4 of documents have already been validated and proof of civil status documents is on sent status from last 1 months. But in the status of the application sent, it says no attestation available and no data matches your search criteria. Can I know why no any certificates is available there to download? because there is no attestation available, I could not get my provisional security number. without the provisional security number, I cant access to the amelie account. Also, without the certificate, I cant visit any doctor. Can I get any help on this?
