If I recently moved to France can I use my temporary social security number to get coverage for jaw surgery?

Living here for a few months now and I have a jaw surgery appointment in Paris next year. I want to know if I can get coverage with my temporary social security number. Thank you!

Even if your social security number has not been certified, you are eligible to health care as long as your rights to health insurance are opened. 

I invite you to contact a counselor to check your file and inform you about certification of your social security number that will lead to carte Vitale and ameli account access.
