I am an American working in France for a French company. I have received my Social Security number from paperwork that my company processed on my behalf, but I am not able to create my Ameli account using this information. I moved apartments several months ago, but even using my old Postal Code, I am not able to create the account.
My SS number appears to be accurate - it is not a temporary number, and I've had it for several months now. Is there someone who can contact me and check the details of my account to make sure that my information is accurate?
