I recently submitted a request to update my mailing address, including additional complementary information, specifically my room number. Upon submitting the request, I received the following notification:
"Nous avons bien reçu votre demande de changement d'adresse ! Votre nouvelle adresse sera visible dans la rubrique Mes informations dès le traitement de votre demande."
However, after checking the "My Information" section, I noticed that my address remains unchanged, and the room number has not been added. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in ensuring the accuracy of my mailing address.
