Reimbursement

Hello,
1. On October 18th, I have submitted some medical documents for reimbursement using CPAM mail box because i'm still having the temporary social security number. Yet, I haven't received any refunds although i have followed the required procedures including filling and signing the form! What could be the reason for rejection?
2. I've been trying to resend those document again through the Ameli website, but it always asks for the 13 digit social security number which I still don't have (I have the 15 digits one)! Isn't there anyway to resend them by email? Can you provide me with that email or propose another way to resend the documents online?

Hello abuaws,

First, as I said previously, the processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM). You local CPAM is probably busy but you can check the delay by contacting the english help line.

Then, you don't have to use the 2 last digits of your social security number to log in your account, but it is only possible with a definitive and certified number.

Finally, you cannot claim the refund on line. Your local CPAM needs the original caresheets.
